Liberty Park:
The Liberty Heights area is just south of Salt Lake City CBD and Central City. and the CBD. The landmark for this neighborhood is Liberty Park, the second largest park in Salt Lake City. Homes in this area were built in the 1920’s to 1960’s with the majority having been built in the 1930’s-1940’s. With flat treeline streets and a number of commercial services mixed into the neighborhood, it’s a super convent place to call home. Stop by the Park Cafe on your way to the farmers market or one of the many other events and activities in Liberty Park. Truly 9th & 9th’s little brother. The real estate market here is highly desirable and sought after. With a more affordable entry price point and excellent investment qualities, this housing market offers a great value when compared to the higher price of 9th & 9th but has many of the same features and benefits.
