Holladay:
Welcome to the secluded city of Holladay Utah. Located just below Millcreek heading south, and bordered by I 215, this small community can best be described with three words: green, mature, and secluded. Settled in 1847 by a group of Mormon pioneers, this neighborhood is the oldest continuously inhabited settlement in the state. The majority of Holladay real estate offers peaceful privacy and wooded seclusion. Whether you are purchasing a small single-family house, or one of the large mansion Estates on several acres, very few properties in Salt Lake Valley can give you the sense of living in nature as well and as easily as Holladay. Downtown Holladay also offers its own destination with restaurants, shops, Whole Foods Market, and old brick pathways for strolling down the street. The city holds tightly to its’ old-school architecture and brick building designs, making it highly desirable for architecture buffs and midcentury mod lovers!
