Blue Roof Area
Ah… The famous blue roof neighborhood. What is this neighborhood? Well it’s really the next three neighborhoods; Silver Springs, Ranch Place and Willow Creek all near a 7-eleven with a blue roof on the corner of SR 224 and silver springs drive. Also know as Snyder Mill. These three neighborhoods are all different but also very close together. It is said that this is the most walkable neighborhood in Park City. Flat wide streets with plenty of open space mixed into the area make it perfect for your growing family. With Parleys Park Elementary within walking distance of most of these homes and full dual immersion (Spanish), it’s a tough real estate market to beat.
Silver Springs

The real estate prices start in the low one million for Silver Springs. Silver springs has a mix of condos, townhomes, older homes and new construction mixed together.
Ranch Place
Ranch Place jumps up in price starting around 2 mil with larger newer single family homes, and is a family-oriented community with parks, 115 acre area to relax and explore, enough trails to keep you busy for months on your runs/biking trips. Ranch Place is newer than the Silver Springs neighborhood in the Blue Roof area. It borders the Swaner Nature Preserve and is closest to Kimball Junction and Interstate 80.
Willow Creek
Willow Creek, with its neighborhood luxury prices that keep going to 4 million is the final neighborhood in the Blue Roof area. Willow Creek is 72 home sites with plenty of trails and open space around all of the home. This makes this a more luxury feel with some homes offering spectacular views of Park City Mountain resort.
